The links style design at the Broadlands differentiates its golf experience from the competition in the market place. The combination of water, natural golf course features, and the use of native grasses, allows the Broadlands to blend harmoniously into the vernacular landscape of Southern Wisconsin.
Existing vegetation was identified as a quality natural feature and a cognizant effort was made to preserve specimen trees to frame golf holes.
Our hands-on approach to construction implementation ensures a superior finished product that exposes and incorporates all of the sites quality features.
"Only weeks after opening, players are already coming back every weekend" - Andy Spaulding, Owner. In its first year, The Broadlands was also a qualifying site for the Wisconsin State Amateur. This exemplifies the design philosophy that a course can be designed for all levels of golfers.
The minimalist design approach that produces a user-friendly golf course has yielded an economic success for the golf course and the development. Golf Digest rated the Broadlands as a 4-star golf course the year it opened.
